Terms of Use & Legal Disclaimers

Scam Protection & User Responsibility

By participating in Wilder World and engaging with its platforms, products, NFTs, tokens, and staking services, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Personal Wallet Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their personal wallets, private keys, seed phrases, and devices. Wilder World has no access to, and cannot retrieve, recover, or reverse transactions involving compromised wallets.

  • Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions: All transactions conducted on the blockchain are final and irreversible. This includes the transfer, sale, staking, or loss of assets due to unauthorised access, scams, phishing attacks, malware, or other forms of exploitation.

  • No Liability for Third-Party Losses: Wilder World is not liable for any loss of assets, tokens, NFTs, staking rewards, or future entitlements (e.g. airdrops or claimable rewards) resulting from a personal security breach, scam, or fraudulent activity affecting a user’s wallet.

  • Snapshots and Ownership Verification: Blockchain snapshots used for rewards, claims, and distributions are based solely on asset holdings visible on-chain at the time of the snapshot. We cannot manually reassign assets based on prior ownership or claims of fraud.

  • Community Support: While we strive to support Wilders wherever possible, any assistance offered in the event of theft or wallet compromise is discretionary and not guaranteed.

By continuing to use Wilder World and its services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Best Practices We strongly recommend all users take appropriate security measures, including the use of hardware wallets, password managers, and avoiding unknown links or downloads. Wilder World may publish security guidance, but implementation is the sole responsibility of the user.

1. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

  • Wilder World reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the airdrop, engage in fraudulent activities, or use multiple accounts or bots to increase their rewards. Any detected misuse or violation of these rules will result in the forfeiture of all rewards.

2. Preventing Multi-Account Abuse and Sybil Attacks

  • Wilder World acknowledges that there may be bad actors attempting to exploit the airdrop process. To protect the integrity of our community, we have implemented measures to monitor and mitigate the impact of multi-account setups and Sybil attacks. We will continue to enhance these efforts to minimise the impact of such activities on our active community.

3. Eligibility and Participation

Participation is open to individuals who meet the legal age requirement and are not residents of jurisdictions where participation is prohibited.

4. Airdrop Mechanics

  • Participants can earn $WILD tokens by completing missions and earning Shards/WShards. Tokens will be distributed based on mission completion and participation in the relevant pools (Keepers Pool and Mission Pool). Shards, tradable for $WILD, will be allocated according to the specific terms of each mission.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wilder World is registered. Any disputes arising from the airdrop must be resolved individually and will not be subject to class action.

9. Modification and Termination

  • Wilder World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the airdrop at any time without prior notice. Wilder World will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by participants due to these changes.

10. Claiming Rewards

  • Rewards from the airdrop must be actively claimed by participants and will not be automatically airdropped into wallets. The claim period will be announced by Wilder World, and participants must claim their tokens within this specified window. Failure to claim tokens within the designated period will result in forfeiture of the rewards.
